Role: Agency Reception Manager
Location: Woodstock, Oxford
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting a 4 star hotel in Oxford, and we have an opportunity for a Temporary Reception Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to start ASAP.

What's involved?
Assist on busy Reception shifts helping with Check in and out guests.
Check all billing is correct and Target and budget for the department.
Allocate rooms.
Deal with guests' requests and customer feedback.
Open and close daily shifts and take ownership of the shift.
Take ownership of the shift.
Ensure staffing levels are correct with all shifts covered.
Train and motivate team.
Handle VIP guests
Knowledge of Opera is essential
