Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £13 per hour

Platinum Recruitment support hotel establishments in the Exeter area, and we have lots of opportunities for an Agency Night Porter on a temporary basis.

What's involved?

As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment during the night hours. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing excellent customer service to guests during the night shift
- Assisting with late check-ins and check-outs
- Monitoring security and ensuring the safety of guests and the premises
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Performing regular security patrols of the property
- Setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as required
- Addressing any maintenance issues or emergencies that may arise during the night
- Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy
