Hoop Nursing is actively recruiting Registered Nurses to provide shift cover at hospitals within health boards across Wales!
We are a framework agency for NHS Wales, and we acknowledge the importance of finding you a balance that allows you to work around your commitments while ensuring you have a weekly income.
We can offer you flexible shifts, suited to fit around you and your lifestyle. You will be able to work in multiple wards alongside other wards, allowing you to maintain your clinical skills and work closely with the various teams.
Working closely alongside and supporting permanent members of staff as well as other agency nurses within the hospitals, you will be responsible for the following Duties:
* Support in assessing patient's health and well-being across complex and changing caseloads.
* Delivering care to meet the individuals' health and well-being needs.
* Promoting best practices in health and safety.
* Assist in maintaining and developing services within these hospitals.

As an Agency Nurse, you will need to possess the following Essential Skills:
* Must be a Registered Nurse with a current PIN
* Previous NHS experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective work relationships with both colleagues and service users
* Compassionate, Resilient and self-motivated nature
Due to the nature of the environment, enhanced DBS checks and the receipt of satisfactory references will take place prior to employment.
