Location: Bristol
Salary / Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment are supporting a busy 4 star standard hotel, just a short drive from Bristol city centre, and we have an opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie on a temporary basis.

They require a Chef de Partie to assist their kitchen team with ad-hoc shifts during a particularly busy period. They are able to offer straight shifts. The hotel is easily accessible by both car and bus, with a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
Please note, there is no accommodation provided on this assignment, therefore you must be able to commute to the area daily.

As a Relief Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the company standard, as directed by the client. You will have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
