We're recruiting for a Chef to join a busy military kitchen in Kinloss, preparing high-quality meals for service personnel. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for reliable hours, varied shifts and excellent hourly pay within a structured working environment.
Based in Kinloss, you'll work as part of a professional kitchen team, delivering quality food across a range of meal services.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef in this military kitchen, you'll play an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality meals:
Manage and run your designated kitchen section
Prepare and present dishes to the required standards
Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
Maintain high food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Monitor stock, control portions and minimise waste
Work closely with the wider team to maintain consistency and efficiency
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Chef role in Kinloss, you'll need:
Strong cooking skills, ideally with experience working at Chef de Partie level or above
Good attention to detail and consistency in food quality
The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Good teamwork and communication skills
