Aftersales Supervisor
Our client based in Worksop S80, who is one of the UK’s largest Scania Truck distributors, is looking for an Aftersales Supervisor to join their business. This will be managing a small team within the aftersales department ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the service department and keeping customers up to date and informed.
Hours –
8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri
Every other Saturday 8am-12pm
£35,000pa
Duties –
· Ensure customers are dealt with in a warm and professional manner, maintaining a first-class service.
· Ensure all queries/bookings/ are handled in a timely manner whilst ensuring service is kept to a high standard.
· Data Input on to company system.
· Communicating with workshop to keep things running smoothly.
· Monitoring progress of services/sales and keeping the customer up to date and informed
· Creating invoices
· Promoting sales of service plans and addition products
· Follow up e-mails/calls to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Ensuring the above is being upheld by your team.
Ideally, you will have knowledge in Autoline and Commercial Vehicles
