We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a highly successful PLC volume franchise dealer in Aberdeen. The Aftersales Manager will oversee daily operations within the busy aftersales department, supporting both front-of-house activities and the overall management of the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Lead and support the aftersales team to deliver high-quality customer service.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Oversee daily department operations to maintain productivity and service standards.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company policies.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Use DMS systems accurately to manage workshop and service scheduling.
Manage and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.
Monitor and implement health and safety protocols.Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, at a supervisory level.
Strong knowledge of DMS systems.
Proven track record of effective team management.
Full UK manual driving licence with minimal penalty points.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
