We are seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our busy aftersales department at our high-performing Mallusk site. This Aftersales Manager will support the team, maintain excellent customer service and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

The Aftersales Manager will support the aftersales team across front-of-house operations and resolve customer issues professionally.
The Aftersales Manager will help manage the department’s daily performance, processes and workflow.
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Provide effective leadership, coaching and support to the wider aftersales team.
Monitor departmental activity and assist with achieving key performance objectives.Requirements:
The successful Aftersales Manager will have extensive experience within a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department at supervisory level.
Excellent knowledge of dealership management systems.
A proven record of managing, motivating and developing a team.
Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
