Job Duties Include:

Encourage and mentor your team to success by delivering an outstanding customer experience

Motivate and support the Aftersales team to achieve their personal career goals and targets

Maximise efficiency and hours sold by driving the overall performance of the workshop

Support the Service department to utilise all platforms an opportunities to upsell

Ensure your team is compliant with the group's financial processes

Bring your experience and ideas for the dealership and help navigate it to success.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as an Aftersales Manager

A proven record of managing a successful aftersales department

Collaborative management approach

Main Dealership Experience

Drive and enthusiasm for the role

They are open to listening to new approaches and adapting the Aftersales department to truly benefit the dealership. You will be asked to work Monday to Friday 8 am until 6 pm with no weekends required. You will be rewarded with a basic salary starting at £36k Basic with the potential earning of up to £52k per annum.
