Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff, for an experienced Aftersales Manager. This is an excellent Aftersales Manager opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a busy and high-performing aftersales team.
Benefits:
Starting salary up to £60,000 dependent on experience
OTE approximately £75,000 per annum

Supportive management team and career progressionDuties of a Aftersales Manager:
Lead and manage the aftersales team, including Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Workshop Controller
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Maximise workshop throughput and labour sales, managing labour generation of £120,000 - £150,000 monthly
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Implement policies to enhance customer experience and dealership reputation
Ensure effective parts supply to workshop and customers
Monitor KPIs and produce reports for management review
Support department profitability and growth initiativesRequirements of a Aftersales Manager:
Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a large franchise-approved dealership
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
IT literacy and proficiency with dealership management systems
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Experience within the VAG network is desirable but not essential
