This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing business to support customers with their ongoing service and aftersales requirements.
This is a varied role where you will manage customer enquiries, arrange repair works and coordinate contractors.
Description of the role:
Managing incoming aftersales, maintenance and repair enquiries from customers.
Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
Liaising with customers to provide updates and arrange works.
Prepare and issue quotations for maintenance and repairs.
Liaising with engineers and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of activities and customer communications.About you:
Experience of working within an aftersales or service coordination role.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Experience of working contractors or field teams.
Confident using ERP and CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail.
