Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 basic salary, £36,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends

Are you a customer-focused individual looking to develop your career in the automotive industry? We are recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor to join a busy main car dealership in Exeter.
Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential. If you have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude and good communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales journey.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Support the aftersales team with daily operations.
Manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
Good IT skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous automotive, motor trade or retail experience is beneficial but not essential.Salary & Benefits:
£30,000 basic salary.
£36,000 OTE.
