Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their reputable team. This role offers a competitive salary, additional bonuses, and structured working hours, making it an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm; 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (paid additionally at time and a half)Duties of an Aftersales Advisor:

Providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients regarding parts enquiries
Accurately identifying, picking, and dispatching parts orders
Managing parts stock control and inventory
Supplying parts to Vehicle Technicians in the workshop promptly
Ensuring efficient parts department operation and optimal stock levels
Using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems to process orders
Maintaining strong customer relations and upselling where appropriateRequirements of an Aftersales Advisor:

Recent or current experience as an Aftersales Advisor, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership
Alternatively, considerable experience within a Motor Factor environment
Ability to work confidently with electronic parts catalogues; Kerridge/Keyloop experience advantageous but not essential
IT literate with proficiency in basic computer systems
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner
