Greeting customers and facilitating a smooth customer experience
Advising clients on vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance
Managing service appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
Quoting, ordering parts, and providing recommendations for additional services
Upselling and promoting further service options to clients
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and service histories
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Managing workshop load and prioritising service schedules effectivelyRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager, ideally with 5+ years in the motor trade
Strong customer service skills coupled with a professional attitude
Good mechanical understanding of automotive systems and services
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and handle multiple priorities
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop within the industry
