We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. Supportive, professional working environmentDuties of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
Process warranty claims accurately and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Manage warranty submissions, monitor claim progress, and resolve discrepancies
Welcome customers and manage the entire service journey from booking to vehicle collection
Keep customers informed throughout repairs and explain completed work
Prepare job cards, invoices, and supporting documentation
Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Promote service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with dealership proceduresRequirements of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar automotive aftersales role
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes is highly desirable
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Confident IT skills; Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy dealership environment
