We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multi-franchise car dealer group established since 1971, for the position of Aftersales Advisor at their busy franchise-approved premium car dealership in North Bristol. Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop requirements
Identifying and advising customers on their parts needs
Greeting customers in the showroom and responding professionally to inquiries
Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels
Receiving, handling, and organising parts deliveries and storage
Managing data entry and documentation related to parts transactions
Working closely with the Parts Manager and supporting team members in daily operationsRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:

Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts
Previous experience within a franchise-approved car dealership or motor factors is advantageous
IT literacy, familiar with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner
