Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a franchised main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, for an Aftersales Advisor. This is a customer-focused opportunity in a busy, well-established aftersales environment.

Competitive basic salary starting from £26,000, plus bonus and upsell commission
Strong earning potential with an OTE of up to £30,000
Full-time rota-based hours, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota

Clear focus on service excellence and building customer loyaltyDuties of the Aftersales Advisor:
Act as the first point of contact for customers with service and aftersales enquiries
Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate with the service team to keep jobs running on time
Identify upselling opportunities in a professional, customer-first manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer communication is clear and timely
Provide job progress updates and support with customer follow-ups where requiredRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
Proven experience in a motor trade environment as an Aftersales Advisor
Confidence delivering excellent customer care while maintaining dealership standards
Strong upsell and communication skills to improve profitability without compromising trust
Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced workshop setting and meet deadlines
