Aftersales Administrator
Location - Cross Hands
Salary - £30.000 to £32,000 DOE
Monday to Friday. - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Day Shift 42.5 Hours
Location - Cross Hands
My client one of the leading Commercial Main Dealers globally is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Aftersales Administrator for their Cross Hands Depot.
·Answer customer queries by phone and email. Give updates on repair or order progress.
·Open, update, and close job cards or booking files. Track shipments, parts, and stock levels.
·Check retail invoices, process warranty claims, and handle vendor recovery.
·Work with internal departments, workshops, and external suppliers to solve delivery or repair delays.
Skills and Qualifications of a Aftersales Administrator.
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
