Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated After School Club Supervisors to support settings the Bridgend area. As an After School Club Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children after school hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and supporting their development through creative and educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with children during after school club hours.
Plan and deliver a range of fun and educational activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Promote positive behavior and social interaction among children.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents.
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a similar role (e.g., after school club, childcare, education).
Level 3 Playworker / CCLD or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
