In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our client's customers receive exceptional care and support following their purchase. From managing warranty claims to providing top-notch after-sales service, your attention to detail and customer-centric approach will make a real difference to our client's customers' experience.
 
As an After Sales and Warranty Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our client's team, earning a competitive salary in the range of £24,000 - £27,000 with excellent prospects as you develop in the role and increase your knowledge. Manage after-sales service requests and warranty claims with precision and care
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support experiences
Utilize your IT skills to efficiently record customer details, learn how to assist and resolve their queries and issues
Due to location you will need your own transport Preferred Requirements:

Demonstrated IT proficiency with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving customer queries
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and support
Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing paperwork and corresponding with customers
Ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
Keenness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or after-sales role
Relevant certifications or training in IT and customer service
