Affiliate & Influencer Executive – Confidential Brand
A fast‑growing UK consumer brand is seeking an Affiliate & Influencer Executive to take ownership of its TikTok Shop creator programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with expert‑developed products, a rapidly expanding customer base and a highly engaged creator community.
You’ll report into the Marketing Manager, work closely with senior leadership and manage the creator relationships that drive performance. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build and improve the system, not just operate it.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programme end to end.
* Build strong relationships with top‑performing creators.
* Negotiate and manage retainer agreements and ensure output is delivered.
* Recruit high‑value creators through research and outreach.
* Use performance data to guide budget allocation and strategic decisions.
* Manage sample strategy to balance discovery with ROI.
* Coordinate creator competitions, leaderboards and incentive programmes.
* Work with agencies and platform partners to unlock opportunities.
* Report weekly on programme performance against targets.
What We’re Looking For
TikTok Shop Expertise (Required)
* Hands‑on experience running a TikTok Shop affiliate or creator programme.
* Strong understanding of target plans, sample approvals, open collaboration, creator tiers and incentive mechanics.
* Familiarity with affiliate management tools.
Creator Relationship Skills
* A natural relationship‑builder creators trust.
* Confident negotiating retainers and handling performance conversations.
* Strong written communication for briefs, outreach and community management.
Data & Performance Analysis
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards.
* Able to turn data into clear commercial decisions.
