Youth Justice Practitioner – Ilford
Location: Ilford
Rate: £35.39 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Temporary
We are seeking an experienced Youth Justice Practitioner to join a team in Ilford, managing a caseload of youth justice cases including out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders.
The successful candidate will:

Manage cases in line with National Standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework.

Work using a Child First, Offender Second and trauma-informed approach.
*
Complete AssetPlus assessments, planning and reviews.
*
Deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to reduce offending and re-offending.
*
Work closely with children, families, schools and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
*
Prepare Pre-Sentence Reports, Stand-Down Reports and Panel Reports.
*
Represent the Youth Justice Service at court and other relevant forums.
*
Promote equality, inclusion and anti-discriminatory practice throughout all aspects of case management.
