We’re recruiting for an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join a welcoming Adult Community Social Work Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within a service committed to compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll work with adults aged 18+ across a broad range of disciplines, supporting people to maintain independence, safeguard their wellbeing and access the right care and support.

Why this role stands out

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring colleagues to deliver high-quality, strengths-based Adult Social Care
Supporting the development and implementation of innovative all-age working practices
Providing expert guidance, reflective support and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers
