This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a forward-thinking GP Practice. The practice has a great team ethos and environment, you will work closely with a supportive clinical and non-clinical team to ensure the greatest level of patient care is delivered.
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 + NHS pension + 33 days annual leave + BH pro rata

Your role -
Part time 3 days per week
Support in areas such as minor illness, injury, minor ailments and acute on the day appointments
Manage Long-term conditions and complex care
Triage via AskmyGP
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
Be able to work autonomously
Masters or equivalent qualification - Desirable
Independent Prescribing - Essential
