Background -
Here we have a fantastic opportunity for a prescribing Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a truly wonderful GP surgery, based in Sittingbourne.
This surgery offers an excellent working environment that has been built by the long-standing and passionate Partnership over a number of years, along with a dedicated team of clinicians, including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and more! This team has been added to over time, with recent additions such as Mental Health Practitioners, to help offer an extra level of care to the local patient population.

This role is a varied one and will include a mixture of face-to-face appointments, telephone consultations and triage. You'll be treating acute, on-the-day appointments with a clinical focus on Urgent Care and Minor Ailments. With opportunities to progress as part of a close-knit nursing team that truly puts the patient experience as their number one priority, this is a role not to be missed!

Salary - £48,000 - £55,000 per annum + 6 weeks annual leave + BH + NHS pension

Location - Sittingbourne, Kent

The surgery -

Provides a lovely environment for a clinician to work as part of a team
Passionate and dedicated Partnership in place
Traditional GP surgery that puts patients first
Multi-disciplined team including GPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs
Training practice that encourages staff development
Your role -

Advanced Nurse Practitioner, full or part-time
Full-time over four days available
Varied role with telephone and face-to-face work
Mostly on-the-day demand, with a set amount of patients treated daily
Clinical focus on Urgent Care and Minor Ailments
Protected admin and catch-up time
Specialist interests encouraged
Primary Care experience is preferred but not essential!
Must be an Independent Prescriber
