Adults Social Worker

Location: Derbyshire

Team: Community Support Team

Rate: £30.83

Hours: 37 per week

Duration: 3 months minimum

Social Personnel are recruiting for a Social Worker for the Community Team in Derbyshire.

Duties include:

* Complete safeguarding enquires under s42 Care Act and experience in practicing within the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).

* Complete person-centred assessment and strength based support planning and reviews.

* Complete face to face visits within the Derby city areas, this is a hybrid role, some office attendance is required.

Essential experience:

* You must have recent experience in using LAS - Liquid logic and able to navigate autonomously.

* You must have experience in completing mental capacity assessments and subsequent completing Best Interest work.
