Job Title: Adults SC - Care Manager - Assessment and Care Management
Location: Bromley
Salary / Pay Rate: £30 per hour umbrella
Job Type: Contract (3 months+)
The Role
Ensuring the ethos of wellbeing is adhered to when working with vulnerable adults and their carers.
Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.
Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteriaThe Candidate
2 years+ Post ASYE experience
Proven experience carrying out Care Assessments in the Adult Social Care sector.
