Adult Support Worker

Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Flintshire Council who are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Worker's provide high-quality care to their clients in their own homes. As a adult/elderly Care Worker, you will be responsible for travelling to client's homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.

Responsibilities:

· Assist client with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing

· Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration

· Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands

· Assist driving the service user vehicle to appointments

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field

· Must have with experience epilepsy

· Must drive

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Flexibility and adaptability

· Compassion and commitment to providing high-quality care
