Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
SW Locums is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker for an excellent full-time locum opportunity with the London Borough of Haringey.

The Role
You will support vulnerable adults through the implementation of Haringey's strengths-based model of practice, helping individuals maximise their independence, build on their strengths and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:

Completing strengths-based assessments and reviews.

Developing person-centred support plans.

Supporting adults and their carers to achieve positive outcomes.

Managing a varied caseload while maintaining high professional standards.

Assisting social work teams with more complex cases.

Working collaboratively with health professionals, partner agencies and community organisations.

Developing strong partnerships and contributing to innovative approaches that improve outcomes for residents.
Requirements
*
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
*
Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care.
*
Previous Local Authority/Council experience is essential.

Strong assessment, safeguarding and care planning skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
