As a Residential Adult Learning Disability Support Worker in Abergavenny, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised care and support, promoting independence while respecting each individual’s dignity. You will observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting
* Empathetic, caring, and resilient personality
* Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to fund practical training (e.g., Manual Handling, Buccal) if not already completed
* Willingness to undertake online training at no cost
