Adult Social Care Lawyer
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Contract: Locum
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join our team and provide additional support with workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced adult social care solicitor/lawyer who is looking for a flexible, predominantly remote role within a supportive team.
The Role
You will provide legal advice and support across a range of adult social care matters, working closely with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to manage a busy caseload and help meet demand.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities and provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong experience in Adult Social Care law.
* Has experience managing their own caseload and advising on complex matters.
* Can work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
* Has excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
* Is able to provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
* Can start as soon as possible.
Working Arrangements
This is a predominantly remote role, offering excellent flexibility.
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Attend an in-person induction on their first day.
* Attend an in-person team meeting once per quarter.
* Work remotely for the remainder of the role.
