Higher Education Admissions Coordinator
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 FTE | Temporary to Permanent
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join a growing Admissions team in an FE college and help shape the journey of international and higher education students from application through to enrolment.
Henry Blue are working with an FE college based in St Albans who are looking for a highly organised, people-focused HE Admissions Coordinator to support their international recruitment and admissions operations. You'll work closely with applicants, agents and colleagues to deliver a first-class admissions experience, while also helping coordinate exciting international summer schools and short-stay programmes.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing HE applications from enquiry to enrolment.
* Supporting international students and education agents throughout the admissions process.
* Coordinating offers, documentation, records and compliance.
* Assisting with CAS and UKVI processes.
* Helping deliver international summer programmes and group visits.
* Producing reports and contributing to continuous improvement across the Admissions team.
What we're looking for:
You'll have experience in admissions, higher education or international education, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with student management systems, UKVI compliance or international recruitment is an advantage.
