Taskmaster Resources Ltd, working in partnership with the since 2014 are looing for an experienced and organised administrator for work in the Human Resources dept. there.
Working hours 8:30-4:30 Mon-Fri
37 hrs per week
3 weeks work minimum
Immediate start-must be able to start on Mon 13th May
The duties of the post will be as follows:
* To attend collective consultation meetings and take minutes.
* To type up and distribute the minutes of these meetings as soon as possible after the meeting and within one working day of the meeting.
* To schedule meetings.
* To undertake diary management.
Although this is only a short time assignment it is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to be able to add to their experience and gain some experience from the Higher Education sector.
