Administrator / Social Media Assistant – Logistics – Feltham

Do you come from an administration background with a flair for social media?

Do you want to work for a well-established company trading over 25 years?

We are assisting with the recruitment of an Administrator / Social Media Assistant to join a well-established multimodal company within the freight forwarding logistics industry. This role is required through organic growth of the business to support the team with general administration as well as social media campaigns. This can be a full time or part time position.

The Job role:

As Administrator / Social Media Assistant you will be responsible for:

* General administration tasks

* Making appointments for the General Manager and wider team when required

* Social Media – including company LinkedIn page & Mailchimp campaigns

The Requirements:
To be suitable for the position of Administrator / Social Media Assistant you will ideally have the following:

* Experience working in an administrative role

* A freight forwarding / logistics background would be advantageous

* Confident with social media platforms

* Marketing experience

* Excellent communication skills

The Package:
The successful candidate for the role of Administrator / Social Media Assistant will receive the following package:

* Salary dependant on being a full time of part time position

* 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holiday

* Workplace pension scheme
