Resourcing Group is supporting a local housing provider to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, based in Exeter, as soon as possible.
The role will not be exclusively carrying out reception duties. The role will also include general administration to include:
Taking in bound calls and forwarding them to the right department and team member
Meeting and greeting customers visiting the offices - this will be a mixture of external visitors, as well as internal colleagues
Diary Management
Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Communicating in person, face to face, as well as on the phone and via email
