Administrator, Weymouth, Part-Time, Permanent, 20hrs (approx.) Mon-Fri, £12,300 - £13,400pa.
Calling all Administrators! I am looking for a driven and self-motivated professional who would like a dynamic role within the purchasing and sales team.
Your duties will vary everyday but you can expect:
Data entry.
Liaising with suppliers.
Purchase orders, quotes and sales order processing.
General Office Administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team that will support your ideas and respect your work-life balance.
The ideal Administrator will need to feel confident working towards deadlines, and as part of a team. You will need to be able to demonstrate:
Excellent organisation skills.
Excellent Communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office packages.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
Experience in HR or H&S would be preferred but not essential.
