Job Purpose:
Our Loughborough based clients are looking for an administrator on a permanent basis to provide administration support throughout the business. The role would be Monday to Friday and on a part time basis over 5 days.(25-30 hours per week).
The successful candidate would need a minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role and be proficient in word, excel, outlook. Experience of SAGE and previous use of an internal CRM system would also be an advantage.
Tasks will vary but good organisation is essential as part of the role will be supporting the companies busy project managers. Good communication is also key as they will need to liaise with internal teams as well as external sites and suppliers.
A good team player and bags of enthusiasm is essential as this role offers the opportunity to learn and progress in the future for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration and supporting tasks for the projects team and wider business
* Raising purchase orders on SAGE, logistics, accommodation and travel arrangements,
* Communicating verbally/email with internal teams and externally with clients, sites, suppliers
* Produce and complete required documents for submission to organisers for approval.
* Working on the internal CRM system updating details
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in an office environment
* Good administration and organisation skills
* Computer literate - Microsoft Office, word, EXCEL & Outlook
* Experience with CRM systems and SAGE would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Team player and a willingness to go over and above as part of a team
* Happy to get hands on supporting in a variety of different tasks
