ADMINISTRATOR Part time

You would be working with a small friendly busy team in the educational environment. This position is Term time only 20 hours a week Monday to Friday. The take home salary is £10.755.00 and includes Statutory holiday entitlement – there is flexibility which can be discussed in regard to times hours are worked. Must have own trasport.

An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Happy using word excel and other systems You will join the team in the main office
Perform a range of secretarial and administrative tasks as required by the Deputy Heads.
Liaise with the Senior Deputy Head to co-ordinate the calendar and forward planner.
Support the administration of the Co-Curricular programme (clubs and activities).
Setting up termly forward planners.
To ensure that paper work for trips, including risk assessments are completed in a timely fashion.
Help with the communication to parents relating to examinations and senior school admissions.
Take the minutes of the Education committee meetings (termly).
Liaise with senior school admissions.
Assist with the monitoring and tracking of pupil data.
Maintaining consent forms and co-ordinating consent received from parents in co-ordination with the Admissions Registrar.
Providing data for Governors/Brighton College reports.
Supporting registrar with mail out of new pupil information (handbooks etc) at the start of term.
To work closely with HR, ensuring that new starters have had a full induction process
