Administrator
My Client is an established and reputable business on the out-skirts of Grantham are seeking an Administrator on a part-time permanent basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:30am - 13:30pm.
In return my client is offering an hourly rate of pay of £14.00 per hour, 20 days holiday and closed between Christmas and New year. There is also a very exciting opportunity to earn part of the income generated. The location is wonderfully tranquil and offers free on-site parking and a Deli. This is all entwined in a happy and supportive environment.
Your role as an Administrator shall
- Dealing with confidential paperwork and telephone calls.
- Completing paper work and email communications on behalf the Director.
- Confident in talking to banks & clients.
- Speaking to clients on a scheduled basis to act on leads.
- Able to follow lead of Director.
- Accurate Data Entry.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident contacting new customers.
