No, this is something really varied that requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in market research, feasibility studies, brand development, online shop & website management, and credit control. What’s the job?
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and competitive analysis
- Gather and analyse data to support business decision-making and strategy development
- Perform feasibility studies to assess the viability of new projects, products, or services
- Compile reports with findings and recommendations
- Assist in developing and enhancing the company’s brand identity via their websites
- Manage product sales listings on various online platforms such as Amazon, eBay etc
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor and optimise listings to improve visibility and sales performance
- Oversee the credit control process, including monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve any billing issues
Who are you?
- You’ll have proven experience in a varied admin role, ideally working with a group of companies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with online shop platforms and a knowledge of finance administration would be a bonus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week
