Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a part time administrator to join our client in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
This position offers 15 hours, 3 hours per day Monday to Friday (15 Hours per week)
Main responsibilities of this administrator role:
Assist the legal team with general administration duties
Answer calls and respond to emails
Data entry and record keeping
Filing and organising documents
Skills required for this administrator role:
Previous administrative experience is required
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
