My client a leading professional services firm based in the Ribble Valley is seeking an experienced secretary/administrator. The successful candidate will be methodical, numerate, literate and personable.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of an Administrator/Secretary include, but are not limited to:

* Administrative support for 2 offices

* Reception duties and correspondence.

* Banking, debt collection and invoicing

* Chasing contracts and compliance

The role is 30 hours a week and my client is also incredibly flexible on what days the 30 hours are completed.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Administrator / Secretary are:

* Demonstrated previous Admin experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Ability to work independently, remaining focused and motivated.

* A 'can do’ positive attitude.

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Team Player but also able to work alone for long periods of time

* Agility - ability to adapt their working style to the Director’s needs.

* Confident juggling demands from multiple need to be able to prioritise and manage time cleverly.

* Work autonomously, using your initiative but will take direction and learn from the partner and colleagues.

* Shows initiative and anticipation of needs.

* Ability to be accessible and friendly.

* Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to convey information and instructions

* Collaboration: Collaboration with various stakeholders in the business, building strong working relationships with each of them.

* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
