Administrator – Norwich

About the role
My client is looking for a Contract Support/Facilities Administrator in the Norwich area.

Maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

5-7 years experience required.

Pay rate up to £22 per hour Umbrella. Can also pay PAYE but the rate will decrease.

Previous experience as an Administrator ideally for a Facilities Management company is essential.
