Context:
MBNL's Infrastructure Deployment Governance team ensures the activities conducted on the MBNL portfolio are efficient, cost effective and safe.
Responsibilities of the Administrator include::
Carry out the administration activities to manage the MBNL and Shareholder Demand (project works on MBNLs infrastructure):
Mange and manipulate multiple data sources in relation to Demand and Hand out of sites to relevant projects.
Assess incoming Change Requests for acceptance against minimum requirements and inform the submitter of the outcome.
Maintain the Change Request Log with the latest status and commentary.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports from the data provided.
Continually review data sources and content to ensure they are correct.
Attend meetings as required.
The successful Administrator will have:
Data management and reporting
Advanced Excel to include experience of pivots, formulas.
Strong ability to build relationships.Nice to have:
