JOB TITLE: Administrator

COMPANY: Not-for-Profit, Housing organisation

CONTRACT: Temporary contract - 2 months minimum, potential for extension

HOURS: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm

START: ASAP - Must be immediately available or have a short notice

HOURLY RATE: Up to £14ph

LOCATION: Portsmouth, Central

Provide excellent administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity
Perform data analysis and generate reports for the team
Assist with document preparation, including formatting, proofreading, and editing
Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes and identify areas for improvementIs this you?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and confidence with new systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience working in a high pressure and fast-pace environment
