Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our our client who are a well known Charity Organisation, in Glasgow city centre. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £12per hour.
This role is an ongoing temporary contract, with a minimum contract of the next 3 months.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Office based in Glasgow with parking available on site.
Main Duties are
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Managing a busy inbox where a large amount of general enquiries are submitted
Assist with the HR department ensuring personal profiles are up to date and accurate
Maintaining office stationary levels
Attend any office meetings and support by taking minutes
Adhoc administrative duties required I would be keen to speak to anyone looking to develop within an administrative role within a charitable organisation. You must be available to start immediately.
