Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Dundee, Scotland

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to either kickstart, or further, your career in financial services? A leading wealth management firm in Dundee, is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Independent Financial Advisers with administrative tasks
- Processing client documentation and applications
- Liaising with clients and providers via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within financial services is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
