About the role
The Planning Agent is responsible for effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding customer service.
What you’ll be doing

* Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
* Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leader.
* Always remain polite and professional.
* Support Team Leads to find improved ways of working.
* Manage and coach other Planning Agents in the use of AIRA systems.
* Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
* Book materials, create purchase orders, and co-ordinate delivery of materials.
* Be aware of the current performance of the teams, and use this knowledge and gained experience to optimize the service operations.
* Receive forecasts from the central function, implement optimizations and improvements, and feed back results either directly or through the Team Lead.
