Part time Administrator / Eye, Suffolk / 32.5 hours per week / £19,435 per annum / Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our client in Eye, Suffolk on a part time basis.
This role is set in a fast-paced and reactive environment, ideal for someone who thrives when busy and enjoys seeing the day fly by. If you like to be constantly engaged, this is definitely the position for you.
Duties include:
Checking emails regularly and respond accordingly
Assisting with the answering telephone calls for all departments
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Purchase ledger
Raising of proforma invoices
Dealing with invoice queries
Ensuring all invoices are sent to customers weekly
Keeping the phone list up to date
Completing working hours spreadsheets
Assisting with refreshments for guests/directors/shareholders There can be flexibility on hours, 8:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Monday to Friday.
