Description:
We have a requirement for a temporary admin assistant to commence ASAP for a period of 3 months. Based in Marchwood working Mon to Fri - 08:30 to 17:00, although we can be flexible on the times if necessary. The main duties are listed below.
Main Duties
Provide administrative support to the Managers
Receive, record, distribute and dispatch all correspondence.
Book in all Visitors to the HQ informing Security prior to their visit.
Assist in the management of the Uniform Register.
Assist in the maintenance of the Purchase Order/Invoice records including the Utilities records.
Assist in the maintenance of the Holiday Boards.
Undertake filing, photocopying, scanning.
Assist the Business Support Services Officer with general administrative tasks.
Provide the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Complete all relevant documentation as required to the highest standards.
Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
Successfully complete any identified training course deemed necessary for the role.
Complete any other tasks commensurate to the role.The successful candidate must undergo a basic security check and be able to provide 3 years worth of Uk Residency
